With more than 19 years of experience and as a member of the Greater Central Louisiana Real Estate Board, Sharon has a wealth of real estate knowledge that serves her and other agents well. 

She first developed a passion for real estate after working closely with several real estate agents. In 2006, she became a full-time agent and in 2019 joined the Latter & Blum family of companies. After several years as a salesperson, Sharon decided to enhance her career and become a broker of the Alexandria office.  After five years and 4 months as managing broker Sharon took another step and became a full time agent once again; she went back to her first love of being a full time agent for Latter & Blum.

Sharon offers new and experienced agents a productive, encouraging, and positive attitude . She is willing to assist any agents with any problem they may encounter. Sharon’s philosophy is that every person is important and applies this to her daily life both inside and outside of the office. She values the relationships she has with other agents, listens to what they need, and always comes through. Sharon’s door is always open for anyone who needs guidance.

Sharon also has that same possitive additude when it comes to cliens.  She is always willing to go the extra step in all of her dealing with her clients and the community.
